PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and attachable/detachable handle never causing the fear of slippage of a hand in the opening and closing operation of slats. SOLUTION: Mounting tool for handle are attachably and detachably fitted to longitudinal grooves provided on both short directional ends of the slats of the shutter, a wide handle surface is formed on the handle to ensure the space for putting the hand, and an elastic material is used for the handle, whereby the handle can be wound on a hoisting device with the slats.
