PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molded product and a lid both of which are certainly clung to a movable mold when a mold is opened. SOLUTION: An inverse gradient 64 is provided to an outer cover 48 as a clinging means. Herein, the processing surface of a movable template 62 corresponding to the inner cover 58 and the outer cover 48 positioned on the back surface side of the lid 46 is formed as a slip surface to lower the coefficient of friction of the lid 46 with the movable template 62 and, when the mold 66 is opened, there is possibility such that the lid 46 is released from the movable template 62. However, the coefficient of friction of the lid 46 with the movable template 62 becomes high by providing the inverse gradient 64 to the outer cover 48 and the lid 46 becomes hard to release from the movable template 62. By this constitution, when the mold 66 is opened, the lid 46 is certainly clung to the movable template 62 to move along with the movable template 62. |
