PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for image formation which can prevent an obtained image from deteriorating in quality by preventing electrostatically charged toner from being deviated during continuous develop ment using monochromatic toner. SOLUTION: It is decided whether recording media of size A4 are printed successively by 20 pages with the toner of a 4th developing unit and when it is determined that successive 20 pages or more are printed, a development rotary is driven by 360 degrees, i.e., one rotation. Then electrostatically charged toner and uncharged toner are mixed and agitated in a case and refreshed, and the refreshed toner is supplied to a supply roller side. |
