PACKING MEMBER FOR AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To thoroughly protect the end face of an air conditioner by absorbing a shock applied thereto as to a packing member for an air conditioner and also to reduce the number of parts for the member. SOLUTION: A pair of end face packing members 4 forming packing members for an air conditioner 1 comprises an outer frame member 11 and an inner frame member 21. The outer frame member 11 is mainly made of a back face part 12 matching the end face part of the air conditioner 1 and a wall face part 13 extending from the outer periphery of the part 12 to the air conditioner side. The inner frame member 21 is provided with an air conditioner touching face part 22 touching the end face part of the air conditioner 1 placed with a space from the back face part 12 on the air conditioner side of the part 12 and a pair of back face touching parts 23 keeping a space between the part 12 and the touching face part 22 extending toward an edge matching the air conditioner side face of the part 12 from the top side and bottom side of the part 22.
