PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design skirt fixed by insertion through fitting from the right and left, corresponding with free size, fixed with plural fasteners and enabling desirable design. SOLUTION: This design skirt is so designed that one of the right and left of an insertion belt 3 is a form suitable for holding and the other is a form suitable for insertion, the insertion belt 3 in a fixed and inserted condition is held inside a front cloth 4, fixed with fasteners 2 each other, covered and invisible from outside to be neat, and the skirt can be made with desirable design through changing the fixed places of plural fasteners 2.
