PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust/recovery type bearing capable of previously and simply removing foreign matter such as dust etc., deposited on a guide surface 2 of a guide member 1 before an operation of the device. SOLUTION: In the exhaust/recovery type bearing, an air feed groove is provided on an opposed surface of a bearing block opposed to the guide surface of the guide member, an exhaust groove is formed on the opposed surface in a state that a periphery of the air feed groove for feeding compressed air from a compressed air pipeline is surrounded and the opposed surface is connected to the exhaust pipeline. A shutoff valve is provided on the exhaust pipeline and is closed before operation. Thereby, the foreign matter on the surface of the guide surface is removed by jetting the compressed air from a bearing gap to the outside. |
