PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic shielding window capable of preventing dew from forming on a window frame, and maintaining electromagnetic shielding properties. SOLUTION: A window frame 20 is provided on the peripheral edge of double glazing 30 and is mounted in a window hole 10a in a wall 10 of the building 1. The window frame 20 comprises an electrically conductive outdoor frame member 22 facing outdoors and an electrically conductive indoor frame member 23 facing indoors. The indoor frame member 23 is electrically connected to the conductive film 33 of the double glazing 30. A gasket 24 (heat insulator for the frame) for heat insulating the frames 22 and 23 is sandwiched between the frames 22 and 23. The gasket 24 is made from an electrically conductive resin.
