PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a sink to a counter capable of easily removing the sink from the counter without any increase in wall thickness of the counter formed by artificial marble. SOLUTION: An opening 11 in which the sink 2 is fitted is formed in the counter 1 formed of marble, and a stiffener 4 is fixed to the lower surface of the periphery of an edge of the opening 11. A fitting flange part 21 is connected extending from the upper end opening edge of the sink 2 toward the outside. The fitting flange part 21 is fixed to the lower surface of the stiffener 4 through a spacer member 51 by a fixture 52 such as a screw, and a gap S is formed between the upper surface of the fitting flange part 21 and the lower surface of the stiffener 4. A fitting horizontal piece 62 connected extending from the lower end of a decorative longitudinal piece 61 of a decorative packing material 6 having a substantially L-shaped section toward the outside is pressed in the gap S, and the gap S and the stiffener 4 are concealed with the decorative longitudinal piece 61.
