PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser therapeutic instrument with which the output of laser from a laser emitting means can be detected in a simple configuration without a special laser output detecting unit. SOLUTION: This instrument is provided with an optical light guiding system for a therapeutic laser to a part to be treated, a light dividing member for dividing the laser from the laser source before reaching the optical light guiding system, one output sensor for receiving the first laser divided by the light dividing member and receiving second laser guided by the optical light guiding system and a light guide output operating means for finding laser output guided by the optical light guiding system on the basis of first output when only the first laser is received and the second output when both the second laser and the first laser are received. |
