PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for precaution or remedy of life-style related diseases without loading considerable burden to a patient. SOLUTION: A urine sugar value measured by a measuring instrument 1 is displayed on the left side of a panel 16. An electric stimulus is impressed according to the urine sugar value, which is displayed on the right side thereof, respectively. Thus, the decomposition of sugar is promoted without loading on the pattent by impressing the electric stimulus to his/her own muscles.
