摘要 PURPOSE: To carry out driving in which fuel consumption is lowered (economy running) after a start of fuel supply to an engine so as to prevent generation of an engine stop by arranging a controlling means by which an air flow rate is controlled to that in idle driving and a clutch is released. CONSTITUTION: By means of a controlling means 48, various kinds of signals are inputted, a fuel injection valve 58 is operated via a fuel controller 56 while fuel supply to an engine 2 is stopped when the preset fuel supply stopping condition is attained, and a fuel consumption reducing drive start, determining condition is set. When a fuel consumption reducing drive start determination condition is attained during a stop of fuel supply to the engine 2 by means of the fuel controller 56, a stop of fuel supply to the engine is released, and an idle driving time air flow rate achieving device 40 is actuated after a start of fuel supply to the engine 2, so that the air flow rate fed to the engine 2 is controlled to that for idle driving time, while a starting clutch 38 is released, and economy running drive is carried out.
