PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the collective packaging of exothermic bodies and realize decrease in the amount of refuse without individually packaging the exothermic bodies. SOLUTION: A bag body 10 is constituted of an air-impermeable sheet 12 composed of sheets made of plastics such as a polyethylene and a polypropylene and an air-permeable sheet 11 composed of a nonwoven fabric, a porous film or a laminated product of these, and an exothermic composition 14 is sealed into the bag body 10. An air-shielding sheet 13 composed of sheets made of plastics such as a polyethylene and a polypropylene is peelably laminated on the air-permeable sheet 11 through, for example, a heat sealing or with an adhesive having slight adhesivity, and thus the exothermic body 1 can be obtained. The plurality of exothermic bodies 11 can collectively packaged without individually packaging them, as shown in Fig. 2.
