PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quilt in which the sufficient three-dimensional bulkiness of inner cotton is obtained, an air content is high, excellent heat insulation property and light weight are secured, durability is improved while hardly causing fatigue, compressibility in thickness direction is excellent, follow-up ability to the movement of a body such as turning over in bed and fitness to the body are excellent, comfort in bed is obtained, and which hardly slides off even at the time of turning over in bed. SOLUTION: The inner cotton 2 formed by gathering many cotton balls composed of natural fibers whose average fiber thickness is 25μm or less and average fiber length is 35 mm or less is filled in respective cells 4 inside a bag-like side cloth 3 for which side cloths 20 and 21 on front and back surfaces are three-dimensionally quilted and a plurality of the cells 4 are formed inside.
