PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial deep tilling machine capable of reducing traction resistance. SOLUTION: This partial deep tilling machine 5 is equipped with a long and narrow and nearly rectangular plate-shaped operating plate body 32 for lifting cut soil from a chisel 21 and cut soil by itself and reversing and releasing the soil onto the surface of land while moving to advancing direction X by traction action of a tractor. A front-side edge which is one end in the width direction over entire length of the operating plate body 32 becomes a cutting blade 36 sharpened toward the advancing direction X. The operating plate body 32 is formed by curving a long and narrow and arc-like belt-like member having a prescribed thickness size in the longitudinal direction without twisting the belt-like member.
