PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the corrosion resistance by electrolytic water and salt by resinating an electrolytic tank for generating electrolytic water, and insert- molding an electrode terminal in the casing of the electrolytic tank. SOLUTION: The casing 25c of an electrolytic means 25 is formed of a transparent resin such as acryl or the like, and the electrode terminal is insert-molded in the casing 25c, whereby the corrosion resistance by electrolytic water can be improved. Further, the inner part can be observed to know the deteriorated state of the surface of electrodes 25a and 25b.
