PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curl an optional one section of eyelash while an eyelash curler has a sufficient dimension to receive the total width of eyelash as the width of a utensil. SOLUTION: A fixed side curling section and a movable side curling section are made openable/closable and separable with fingers by a scissors-shape mechanism. In this case, the fixed side and movable side curling sections have a length which is approximately equal to the total width of eyelash or slightly larger, and are curved. Then, a moving plate which can move in the width direction is attached to the fixed side curling section. A curling protrusion which imparts curling by pinching one section of eyelash while cooperating with the movable side curling section is provided at the lower section of the movable plate. At the same time, the movable plate can be held under a stopped state at a desired location.
