PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch whose tip part only is made from a sintered hard alloy. SOLUTION: A connecting member 4, made from a free-cutting material and which has a screw hole 41 at its shaft center, is pressed into the rear anchor 20 of a punch tip member 2 made from a sintered hard alloy, and fixed by brazing or the like while aligning the shaft centers with the punch tip member 2. The punch tip member 2 is connected and fixed with a cylindrical body 3 by inserting a bolt 5 in a through-hole 31 of the cylindrical body 3 and screwing the bolt 5 into the screw hole 41.
