The dispenser includes at least one delivery tap (1) having an outflow opening (3) connected to a feed pipe (2) extending from a foodstuff tank. A piston valve (4) with a gasket (7) is installed within the outflow opening. A laminating chamber (5) and a sterilizing and washing fluid inlet pipe (9) opening are provided at the downstream side of the piston valve. The piston valve selectively closes the outflow opening. The laminating chamber leads to an outflow opening (8).
