PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a beverage named 'Curry as the Friend of Bread', having such a curry taste that is not sweet and different from those of conventional beverages. SOLUTION: This beverage contains 400 ml of water, 3 pieces of solid curry, and 200 ml of milk as raw materials, and is prepared by charging the water and the solid curry into a pan, heating and well dissolving them, then adding the milk to them, and further heating the mixture but stopping the heating immediately before the mixture begins to boil. The beverage with the curry taste is preferred by a wide variety of people including children and aged people. The beverage gives no precipitate, because it contains no ingredients. The beverage is available in a state contained in a can or a paper pack, as similar to a state in which conventional juices are available, and further in a hot or an iced state. |
