PURPOSE: A fastening apparatus of boot seals for constant velocity joint is provided to fasten boot seals by an assembling method to prevent loosing even in case of outer impact and vibration by improving closely adhering force of fastening members. CONSTITUTION: A fastening apparatus of boot seals for constant velocity joint comprises a housing(12), a cap(3), and a clamping nut(4). The housing forms a thread(11), a first diameter unit(13), and a second diameter unit(15) for placing boot seals(2). The cap is installed with housing the first and second diameter unit. The clamping nut is coupled to the thread of the housing, with housing the cap, and a friction band(5) for closely adhering to the outer peripheral surface of the cap is fit in the clamping nut. Grooves(14) are formed to the first diameter and protrusions(31) fit in the grooves are formed to the cap. Slant faces(16,32,41) with low rake angle are formed at each tip of the second diameter, cap, and clamping nut, to secure supporting force according to the fastening of the clamping nut.
