PURPOSE: A sleeve mold support is provided to allow a worker to freely adjust a height thereof regardless of the deformation of a steel box upper flange or a curvature of a PC beam upper part, thereby preventing the excess consumption of concrete and the increase of a bridge load. CONSTITUTION: The sleeve mold support comprises a connection fixing plate(20) having an elongate bore(21) for the fitting of a stud bolt; a fixing member(30) bonded to the bottom of the connection fixing plate and having a penetrating hole; a support member(40) installed to the bottom of the fixing member and having a ventilation hole; a guide plate(50) fixed to the side of the support member to define a space between them; a bracket fixing bolt(10c) for installing an L-shaped bracket(60) to the fixing member; a guide fixture(70) surrounding the guide plate to be connected to the bracket; a guide fixing bolt(10b); a square pipe shaped fixing pipe(80) that a part of the upper portion thereof is fitted into the guide plate and the lower portion is formed with a fixing plate(81); a guide support(90) surrounding the fixing pipe and having a distal end bent upward to support the lower part of a mold installation stand; and a height adjustment bolt(10a) penetrating the fixing plate of the fixing pipe to fix the guide support.
