PURPOSE: A device for opening tap hole of blast furnace is provided which is capable of closing the hole cut part by immediately injecting a mud material into a hole cut part to close the hole cut part when encountering with a hole cut part during opening of the tap hole, and continuously completing drilling of the tap hole. CONSTITUTION: The device for opening tap hole of blast furnace capable of closing a hole cut part comprises a bite part in which a plural hard metal tips(92) enabling easy drilling of the tap hole are mounted on the front part of a body, and channels of cooling water and nitrogen are connected to the hard metal tips(92); a main body part that is connected to the body of the bite part and comprises a main body(90) in which a mud material(50A) is installed, and on the outer surface of which a plurality of injection holes(94) are formed, and a blower member(91B) which is inserted into the main body; and a cylinder part in which a cylinder rod(97) at one end of which a gear(96) is formed, and at the other end of which a groove to be coupled to a hole opener is formed is coupled to one end of the main body of the main body part, wherein a catching member(91A) for preventing excessive insertion into the channels is mounted on the outer surface of one end of the blower member(91B), and a plural grooves with which the gear(96) is engaged to be rotated are formed on the inner surface of one end of the main body(90).
