摘要 PURPOSE: Provided is an automated system for producing lithium secondary batteries, which attaches and laminates at the same time a plurality of cathode plates and anode plates to the both sides of a film type separator supplied horizontally and cuts and tapes to produce a packed separator bundle. CONSTITUTION: The automated system(300) contains: a frame(301); a supply unit(310) having a separator roller(315) mounted rotatively on the frame(301), which runs the separator(311) on a running route(313); an adhesion unit(320) for spreading an adhesive continuously on the both sides of the separator(311); a lamination unit(330) for laminating a plurality of cathode plates on one side of the separator(311) and laminating a plurality of anode plates on the other side of the separator(311) at the same time; a transfer unit(340) for running the separator(311) at a fixed velocity and a fixed interval, which is in contact with the separator(311) and is mounted rotatively on the frame(301); a packing unit(350) for packing by alternating the cathode plates and the anode plates of the transferred one batch separator(311) and folding the separator(311) to have the Z-shaped section; and an unloading unit(360) for unloading the packed separator(311) to a tray unit(370). The running route between the supply unit(310) and the packing unit(350) is horizontal.
