PURPOSE: A scale remove for inside of pipe of heat exchanger is provided to remove scale sticking on the inside of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A scale remove comprises a frame(7) shaped in square form; a base(8) connected with the frame by a link and moving up and down by driving of a cylinder; a horizontally moving block(11) installed to the base to horizontally move and engaged with a lead screw(15) so as to be horizontally moved by rotation of the lead screw as driving of a hydraulic motor(12) is transmitted to a reducer(14); a pipe guider(16) inserted to the horizontally moving block to be moved by driving of the cylinder in a direction perpendicular to moving direction of the horizontally moving block and having a plurality of pipe guiding grooves(25) formed thereon; guide rails(18) fixed on both sides of the pipe guider; a slider(19) having a guide roller(20) engaged with the guide rails and installed to the pipe guider and a metal pipe and a flexible pipe(28) connected with each other by a coupling therein; a chain(23) fixed to both ends of the slider and wound around sprockets(21,22) installed on both ends of the pipe guider to rotate so as to change position of the slider by driving of a hydraulic motor(24); a guide pipe fixed to a front end of the pipe guider to guide the metal pipe into a pipe; a connector joined to one end of the flexible pipe by screw; and a jet cleaner connected with the connector by a hose(33) to jet high pressure water.
