PURPOSE: A health auxiliary food product containing cereals and crude drug materials is provided which has effects on preventing aging, treating gray hair and increasing endurance, stamina and exercise capacity. CONSTITUTION: About 150g black sesame, 150g black bean, 150g Poria cocos (Fr.) Wolf, 300g Cynanchum Wilfordii (Maxim.) Hemsl., 300g Polygoni multiflori Radix and 300g Morus alba L. are heated and dried. The above procedure is repeated 3 times, ground and then made into a pill. The pill is orally administered 3 times per a day in an amount of about 60 pills.
