PURPOSE: A premixed combustion apparatus of a boiler is provided to increase a thermal efficiency of the boiler, and reduce a generation of a harmful gas by supplying a premixed gas at a burner. CONSTITUTION: A combustion apparatus of a boiler comprises a gas chamber, a nozzle guide(40), a nozzle(50) for injecting a gas, and a nozzle damper(60) for controlling an amount of an introduced air. The nozzle damper is installed, a contact reflection surface(61) is formed at a center portion of a body, an air distributing hole(62) is provided at an outside. The nozzle is formed at an end of the nozzle guide(40), and installed at a front side of the contact reflection surface. A premixed gas is supplied to a burner installed at an upper part of a heat exchanger.
