PURPOSE: A diet composition containing components acting on decomposition and excretion of neutral lipid in adipocyte cells is provided. A patch agent composition containing the diet composition enhances physiological activity of human body while achieving weight loss. CONSTITUTION: The patch agent composition comprises a matrix layer of a diet composition containing 0.05 to 5% by weight of ginkgo leaf extracts, 0.05 to 5% by weight of ginseng extracts, 0.05 to 5% by weight of lemon extracts, 0.05 to 5% by weight of Eriobotrya japonica extracts, 0.05 to 5% by weight of seaweed extracts, 0.05 to 5% by weight of jujube extracts, 0.05 to 5% by weight of a Rubus idaeus L. var. concolor Nakai extracts, 0.05 to 5% by weight of tourmaline, 5 to 10% by weight of mugwort powder, 20 to 40% by weight of potato starch, 0.01 to 0.03% by weight of caffeine, 50 to 70% by weight of seawater dried products, 2 to 5% by weight of sodium salt products of acrylic acid polymers and purified water.
