PURPOSE: A safety belt for a vehicle is provided to prevent a pregnant woman from being damaged when a vehicle accident occurs by coupling a tongue plate into a buckle such that the safety belt extends through a chest of the pregnant woman. CONSTITUTION: An anchor(110) is formed with a guide hole(111). A hook(112) for receiving or withdrawing a belt is formed at a lower portion of the anchor(110). One part of the hook(112) is opened so as to easily receive or withdraw the belt. When a pregnant woman wears the belt, the belt is withdrawn from a retractor such that the belt extends through the guide hole(111) of the anchor(110). Then, the belt fixedly coupled to a low anchor is lifted up so as to insert the belt into the hook(112). Then, a tongue plate is coupled to a buckle.
