PURPOSE: Reinforcing structure of a rear door for a vehicle is provided to absorb impact of the rear door efficiently, and to protect passengers safely by installing a connecting and fixing bracket between an upper impact bar and a lower impact bar. CONSTITUTION: Upper and lower impact bars(3a,3b) are installed horizontally by installation brackets(2a,2b), and embedded between an inner panel and an outer panel of a door(1). A fixing bracket(4) is mounted between the upper impact bar and the lower impact bar. Upper and lower impact bars are connected by the fixing bracket. The rigidity of the door is improved with installing the fixing bracket between upper and lower impact bars. Deformation of the door is reduced, and passengers are protected by absorbing impact efficiently at a collision.
