PURPOSE: A control apparatus of an accelerator pedal for a vehicle is provided to prevent accidents, and to protect passengers by restricting operation of the accelerator pedal in not closing a door of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Links(3a-3d) are connected by a hinge shaft(4) and a rotating shaft(5) between a throttle valve shaft(1) of an engine and an accelerator pedal(2). A regulating plate(9) having a solenoid actuator(8) is placed between the third link and the fourth link, and turned around a rotating shaft(10) according to operation of the third link. A detecting switch(7) is connected to the solenoid actuator for detecting opening and closing of the door. Manufacturing process and expenses are reduced, and passengers are protected by regulating the accelerator pedal in opening the door.
