<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information such as a warning to a specific moving body which performs abnormal operation or the like. SOLUTION: On one hand, an actual identification code ID1 including an intersection number is given to a moving body side communication device after a given actual identification code ID0 is received from the moving body side communication device by performing narrow band communication by an optical beacon or radio beacon with the moving body side communication device passing through an on-road actual gate at the intersection. On the other hand, the intersection including all the actual gates are picked up by an electronic camera 15 arranged on a road side, a time- sequential image is processed, a virtual identification code is given to the moving body passing a slit on an image corresponding to the actual gate, an actual identification code is corresponded with the virtual identification code in response to giving of the actual identification code, the moving body is tracked, and when the abnormal operation of the moving body is detected in the image, warning information is transmitted to the moving body side communication device by using the corresponding actual identification code. The moving body which performs the abnormal operation is tracked by collecting a pair of the ID0 and ID1 relating each other at a plurality of intersections.</p> |
