If a viewer is interested in a certain tune, the viewer inputs the identification number corresponding to the tune by using a portable telephone set 4 or a PC 2. The identification number is transmitted to a server 6 through the Internet 1, and the server 6 instructs a delivery center to deliver a CD corresponding to the identification number.
