PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric component mounting system having less vibration. SOLUTION: A plurality of mounting heads are turned by an intermittent rotation of an intermittent rotating platen. The heads receive electric components from an electric component supply unit at a component receiving position, and mount the components on a printed circuit board at the mounting positions. A component supply table moving unit moves a component supply table to supply the component while the platen is rotating, and the moving units of X-axis slide, Y-axis slide and Z-axis slide position the board at positions for mounting the components. The plurality of operating units simultaneously mount, but when the units operate at the maximum acceleration/deceleration speed, the unit which causes delay of a mounting cycle time is decided, the acceleration/deceleration speed at the time of operating the units except that is selected to smaller than the maximum acceleration/deceleration speed to reduce its vibration. The vibration may be reduced by delaying the operation start time of the unit except the unit which causes the delaying of the cycle time. |
