PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device and an image forming device capable of obtain a stable image over a long period by reducing a mechanical friction with reference to developer at the time of recovering the developer from a developer carrier to a developer container with a more simplified constitution. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a switching means for switching the directions of a supply electrical field and a recovering electrical field to either of a 1st direction where toner on a toner supply roller 4 is supplied to a developing roller 1 and then the toner on the developing roller 1 is carried by a temporary recovering roller 8 and a 2nd direction where the toner on the temporary recovering roller 8 sticks to an area on the developing roller 1 corresponding to the non-image forming area on a photoreceptor drum 11 again and the toner sticking to the developing roller 1 sticks to the toner supply roller 4 again and then the toner is recovered into the developer container 30. |
