PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support forming of a power receiving contract or the execution of the contract by selecting a power supplier meeting the requirements of a power demander. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a power utilization information providing means 5 which is connected with a plurality of power demanders 1 and a plurality of power suppliers 2 to obtain desire information 9 of the respective power demander to the power supplier and power generation information 10 being the power supplying condition of the respective power supplier and to transmit the obtained desire information 9 and the power generation information 10 respectively to the demanders 1 and the suppliers 2, a monitor 8 for monitoring a power quantity to be supplied to the demanders from the suppliers and the quality of power to be supplied and transmitting the monitoring results as power monitoring information, and a banking means 6, which manages receiving of power charges for the power demanders, information providing charge for information provided by the power utilization information providing means and a penalty charge to the power suppliers in the case of not meeting the power supplying conditions based on the power monitoring information. |
