PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operating current as preventing degradation of temperature characteristics due to dispersion of characteristics to be generated in a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In this band gap reference voltage circuit 11 to be composed of a constant current circuit 12, a constant voltage circuit 13, a band gap cell circuit 14, an operational amplifier 15 and a current folding circuit 16, an input transistor of the operational amplifier 15 is composed of MOS transistors Q20, Q21 and input bias current is made to be sufficiently smaller than bias current of the band gap cell circuit 14. Together with this, resistance vales of resistors R14, R15, R16 are enhanced.
