PURPOSE: A one-click voice communication system using an URL(Uniform Resource Locator) and a method therefor are provided to overcome the limit of a character advertisement performed on a homepage using a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) technique for saving high communication expenses and easily obtain desired information through a voice communication. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber information DB(12) stores one or more subscriber numbers connected to a subscriber who attaches a voice communication button to one ore more web pages, a plurality of records which defines the subscriber numbers, and URL information of the web pages to which the voice communication button is attached. If an Internet connector clicks the voice communication button attached to the web page, a system operation unit(10) receives URL information of the connected web page, extracts subscriber numbers and records corresponding to the received URL with reference to the subscriber information DB(12), provides the subscriber numbers and the records to a terminal of the Internet connector, and requests a call to a subscriber-side terminal in which a subscriber number corresponding to a record selected by the Internet connector is assigned. If the system operation unit(10) requests the call connection, a call connection unit(24) connects the call to the subscriber-side terminal selected by the Internet connector for performing a voice communication between the Internet connector and the subscriber side.
