PURPOSE: A test robot system is provided to reduce the time for testing a PCS(Personal Communication Service) terminal by using a robot separately performing supply and withdrawal, to continuously perform testing by using may testers, and to save the time for working by promptly transferring PCS terminals to following process. CONSTITUTION: A test robot system comprises a base plate(1), a conveyor(20) for moving a PCS terminal to a specific position, a jig unit(30) for testing plural PCS terminals placed on plural PCS terminal seats, loading, unloading and X-Y robots(60,70,80) having ball screws, head units(81), and linear motors, a rotator(50) for transferring the PCS terminals to a return conveyor(40), the return conveyor for transferring the PCS terminals to a following process from the rotator, a shuttle(90) for transferring the PCS terminals of good quality to a following process from the unloading head of the X-Y robot, and a control unit(10) for controlling the robots.
