PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wobbling system suitable for a high density disk. SOLUTION: The wobbling of a track is formed so that an FSK information bit part based on a waveform subjected to FSK modulation for a information bit and a single frequency part based on the waveform of single frequency are made to be specified units and these specified units are continuous. Two kinds of frequencies are used for the FSK modulation, and one of them has the same frequency as the single frequency, and another frequency has the different frequency from the single frequency, then the relation between the one frequency and another frequency is arranged so that the wave numbers of both frequencies become an even numbered wave and an odd numbered wave in a certain specified period. The FSK modulation is assumed to be MSK.
