PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electric motor-driven power steering which can generate a large output, improve mounting work, and reduce the weight while reducing the radiated noise. SOLUTION: A power board 41 mounting heat generating parts like switching elements Q1 to Q6 controlling power of an electric motor 4 and a control board 43 mounting a small current parts like a microcomputer 9 are assembled and placed in a stratified condition through a circuit case 42, the power board 41 is assembled with adhesion in a heat sink 25 concurrently serving as a bracket in an opposite output side of the three-phase brush-less electric motor 4, and a magnetic sensor hold part 51 is provided in the circuit case 42, the magnetic sensor hold part 51 and a fitting part 24e of the heat sink 25 are engaged, so that positioning can be made simultaneously when assembling. |
