<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe electromagnetic record authentication system by which a burden of authenticating an accessing person can be reduced in a server and an electromagnetic record is not always requested to be stored in a client side. SOLUTION: This authentication system consists of an authentication client system and authentication storage server systems connected through the Internet, the authentication client system distributedly transmits fragment information prepared from an electromagnetic record to a plurality of authentication storage server systems, and also outputs restoration information needed to restore the electromagnetic record, the authentication storage server systems store the transmitted fragment information and transmit the fragment information and information showing authentication results to the authentication client system, and the authentication client system extracts the fragment information from the authentication storage server systems by using the restoration information and restores the electromagnetic record.</p> |
