PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, a system and a program for photographing and storing a moving picture by storing a large amount of image data to a device at the outside of a personal digital assistant. SOLUTION: A microphone 10 and a lens 9 being input means receive a video to be photographed and an audio, a photographing device 1 converts the received image and audio into digital image data, and a compressor 2 conducts processing to transmit/receive the image data at video recording. The image data are temporarily stored in a temporary storage device 3 after the processing, the stored image data are sent to a center 200, the temporarily stored image data are deleted after the transmission, and the image data transmitted from the mobile phone terminal 100 via a communication channel are stored in a storage device 8 being a storage means in a prescribed sequence.
