SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR INSPECTING IMAGE INPUT/OUTPUT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs required for constructing an inspection system for an image input/output device and to improve accuracy in inspection and mass- productivity. SOLUTION: An image input part 3 converts an inputted analog video signal to digital image data. The converted digital image data are transferred through a bus 7 to a main memory 12 in a control device by a bus IF part 6. Besides, digital image data generated from a main memory 8 are fetched through the bus 7 by the bus IF part 6 and stored in a frame memory 12. An image output part 5 reads the data out of the frame memory 12 synchronously with a synchronizing signal generated by a synchronizing signal generating part 10 and converts these data to an analog video signal. The analog video signal outputted from the image output part is inputted through a cable 11 to the image input part 3. Thus, the image input part and the image output part can be inspected by the single image input/output device.
