PURPOSE: To provide a method and a system for restoring connection of a network in which a terminal disconnected from a line by a trouble can be reconnected without requiring a troublesome processing. CONSTITUTION: In the method for restoring connection of a plurality of terminals interconnected through a communication network when they are disconnected by a trouble, an identifier being used for reconnection with the communication network is generated and transmitted in the first access from the terminal, the identifier is transmitted from the terminal when the terminal is disconnected from the communication network, the terminal is authenticated by the transmitted identifier, and connection with other terminal which is disconnected upon disconnection of the terminal from the communication network is recovered.
