PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus of an auxiliary mat for a vehicle is provided to cut down transport cost by using the small loading space with transferring in fixing a supporting plate and a fixing plate in a carpet, and to reduce working process by mounting the carpet in a floor panel in separating a hook. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of an auxiliary mat for a vehicle is composed of a ring-shaped supporting plate(1), a fixing plate(3) and a screw hook(7). An internal threaded part(2) is formed in the supporting plate. The fixing plate has an external threaded part(4) combined with the internal threaded part of the supporting plate, a hook assembling nut(5), and a fitting sill(6). The hook has a fixing bolt(8) combined with the hook assembling nut, a hook body(9) and a supporting sill(10) between the fixing bolt and the hook body. The hook is fixed firmly in the fixing plate by fastening the supporting plate and the fixing plate in a carpet.
