PURPOSE: A method for promoting a lottery ticket sale through a lottery ticket promotion system is provided to induce a lottery ticket buyer to purchase a ticket continuously when a lottery ticket is sold. CONSTITUTION: A lottery ticket buyer member connects to a lottery ticket selling web server which supplies a lottery ticket selling service through a wire/wireless terminal. The member performs a member authentication process. The member purchases a lottery ticket being supplied in a lottery ticket-selling site. The member selects and uses a lottery ticket purchase details inquiring service being supplied from a lottery ticket seller for inquiring one's lottery ticket purchase details, a reserve, an additional lucky lottery ticket details, and a lottery ticket drawing or not. Lottery ticket buyers are set as one group through a lottery ticket promotion system for supplying an additional luck for the buyer with respect to lottery ticket selling data a lottery ticket-selling period thereof has been expired. Additional luck lottery information included in the set group is stored in an additional lucky lottery ticket database of a database server, the buyers are shared, and the information is displayed in the additional lucky lottery ticket details. It is checked whether a lottery ticket allocated by the additional luck is drawn or not by comparing with winning numbers drawn by a lottery ticket issuing institution. A reserve point is accumulated in a reserve database with respect to a drawn lottery ticket.
