<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently avoid hindrances by making effective use of a few network resources. SOLUTION: For label-added communication information, a label table management means 11 creates and manages a label table T, indicating the relationship between the label information of the inputted communication information and that of output communication information. A transmitting means 12 switches labels, based on the label table T and transmits the communication information. A path establishing means 13 establishes a loop-like backup path P, which includes a part or the whole of a transmission line where a working path W is established and which causes the flow of the communication information on the working path W to flow in reverse direction. When a hindrance occurs, a trouble avoidance control means 14 changes the relation between the labels in the label table T and switches between the working path W and the backup path P, to control hindrance avoidance.</p> |
