PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inserting and removing jig of a printed board, capable of preventing the break of the board by preventing a force more than needed from being applied to a component, etc., when the board is inserted or removed. SOLUTION: The inserting and removing jig of a printed circuit is provided with card holder parts 9 for holding the printed board when the printed board is pulled out, a movable frame 6 formed integrally with the card holder parts 9, and supporting points serving as fulcrums when printed board is pulled out. The jig is constructed to have a fixed frame 7 for holding the movable frame 6 so that the frame 6 is movable in the inserting and removing direction of the printed board, and break preventing parts 8 for joining the fixed frame 7 and the supporting points via elastic bodies whose contracting force is stronger than the force required to pull out the printed board and weaker than the force securing a component to the printed board.
