PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a thermoelectric element array unit, in which p-type and n-type thermoelectric elements are arranged for easy manufacture. SOLUTION: P-type element fixing-fitting through-holes 33 and n-type element fitting through-holes 35 are arranged adjacent to each other on a first insulation spacer 15a, a p-type thermoelectric element 1a is inserted and fixed to each of the p-type element fixing-fitting through-holes 33 to form a first array unit 41, n-type element fixing-fitting through-holes 34 and p-type element fitting through-holes 36 are arranged adjacent to each other on a second insulation spacer 15b, and an n-type thermoelectric element 1b is inserted and fixed to each of the n-type element fixing-fitting through- holes 34 of the second insulation spacer 15b, to form a second array unit 42; and the first array unit 41 and the second array unit 42 are made to overlap with each other, the p-type thermoelectric elements 1a are inserted into the p-type element fitting through-holes 35 of the second array unit 42, and the n-type thermoelectric elements 1b are inserted into the n-type element fitting through-holes 36 of the first array unit 41, so that the p-type thermoelectric elements 1a and n-type thermoelectric elements 1b are arranged alternately adjacent to each other.
