PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a buyer to actually view an article which is sold through a network. SOLUTION: A customer 11 accesses a distribution customer managing device 15 from a terminal 12 through the Internet and makes a request to offer an article free. The managing device 15 requests a maker 17 to distribute the article to the article storage center 19 nearby the customer 11 at the request. The customer 11 visits the nearby article storage center 19 and actually views and touches the article to determine whether the article is bought. Determined information is transferred from an article storage device 20 at the article storage center 19 to the distribution customer managing device 15.
